Kinesis Marketing and Coldwell Banker Launch Innovative New Online Campaign Morristown, NJ - March 19, 2008 - Kinesis Marketing has designed a highly interactive online campaign on behalf of long time partner Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. The campaign which is designed to support the Real Estate company's new brand positioning and associated TV campaign includes a microsite (http://www.coldwellbanker.com/founders) blog, and online display ads featuring the portraits of Colbert Coldwell and Benjamin Arthur Banker, the dynamic (albeit deceased) founders who started the company in 1906. Visitors to the microsite, which went live today, will get to meet Coldwell and Banker in their office, watch the new TV ads, and even challenge them to online ping pong or a staring contest. The blog highlights the curious adventures of the portraits as they travel across the US - so far they've taken the time to ride a trolley car in San Francisco, visit the Grand Canyon, attend a rodeo and ride a roller coaster. "The goal of the portraits campaign microsite and blog is to bring the personalities of Coldwell and Banker to life in innovative, entertaining ways, and to give users more opportunities to interact with the brand and eventually its top-flight tools and representatives," says Gordon Miller, Partner and Creative Director at Kinesis, which has been the interactive marketing agency of record for Coldwell Banker for the past five years. "We made the microsite an explorative experience, and built in many opportunities for users to share the experience with others. The goal is to spread the reputation of Coldwell and Banker as real estate icons whose company is continuing their tradition of innovation on behalf of their customers and the industry," adds Miller. Visitors enter the microsite via the reception area of a virtual Coldwell Banker office. From there, they can enter the "Mail Room" to send friends eCards featuring the portraits; the "Theater" to view the portraits' TV spots; the "Break Room" to challenge the portraits to ping pong and staring contests; "Human Resources" to learn about career opportunities with Coldwell Banker; and the "Conference Room" to use the company's innovative real estate tracking tools including: Home Tracker, Home Value Estimator, Map Search, Video Library and Personal Retriever. |
