Jo oversees Client Services for Kinesis, so not only is he concerned with every client's welfare, but also ensures that Kinesis continues to provide top-notch service and proactive thinking. Jo spent 10 years as a copywriter, public relations specialist and broadcast media producer before jumping into the internet space without a paddle. He plans to take his one-man show "Manage This!" on tour this summer.
